When it is Saturday, do you ever think about it that the next day will be the Lord’s Day? Do you ever stop and consider that it is the day before Sunday? Often, Saturdays are busy. Maybe it would be helpful to read something from the Bible, and some words in connection with it, on a Saturday night.

Christmas is a busy time, and everywhere you look, the world seems to be celebrating. It is easy to forget the true meaning of Christmas. It isn’t at all a celebration of pretty lights and colorful gifts, nor is it “just” a Bible story. What is a true Christmas? What is the wonder of Christmas? Have you ever thought about it? It is so easy to get carried along with the cheer and fun all around. It is my hope that this book of stories will help you to think about some of these very important things.
Cherie Mason is almost fifteen and a sophomore in high school. Because of her attitude, she at times makes it difficult for herself.
Cherie adores the handicapped Mike in the hospital as well as the adorable daughters of the not so liked Mr. Fayson. For that reason she is called the teacher’s pet. Nasty comments are thrown at her. When the boys in the class want to take revenge, Cherie is hasty to make a promise.
This promise gives her plenty of trouble, especially when her conscience begins to speak. However, she has to keep her promise.
