Just outside of Bethlehem, there were shepherds caring for their sheep in the fields at night. Suddenly they were startled by an angel standing in a bright light. The angel called out to them in a friendly voice, “Don’t be afraid, shepherds, I am here to bring joyful tidings. The Lord Jesus, the Savior, has been born. You will find Him wrapped in cloth and lying in a manger.”

In this book you will read about those who feared the Lord in their youth, and what a blessing that is. However, in this book are also examples of those who did not fear the Lord, and the fearful consequences.
